Refund Policy

Commercial and Public Sector customers have no automatic right of return without cause (e.g. later than estimated delivery, changing purchase plans or finding a cheaper alternative).

In line with Silver Mobile Car Valeting standard Commercial Terms of Sale, customers will of course be able to return any product/service which is missing, wrong or sub standard following delivery and customers should notify Silver Mobile Car Valeting as soon as possible in these circumstances, following which Silver Mobile Car Valeting will arrange re-service or replacement of the relevant product/service.
